Please note: We will be away during May, June and July but will still be able to fill most orders. Please contact us by email; our phone will be answered only sporadically.
Books may be reserved by email or by telephone. Shipping and insurance are extra, and will be quoted on request. For shipment within the USA, Priority Mail (USPS) is preferred, but other methods are available on request.
Payment may be made via credit card through PayPal, but we also accept personal checks and money orders. For non-USA orders, PayPal is required.
